MIRI: Member of Parliament (MP) for Miri, Chiew Choon Man, through his service centre recently distributed a total of 200 back-to-school supply vouchers valued at RM50 for each eligible students from six primary schools and one disabled association within his constituency.
These schools were SJK(C) Chung Hua Tudan ; SJK North Miri ; SK Kampung Luak ; SK Merbau ; and SK Tudan Jaya.
All vouchers were presented by Chiew’s service centre staff.
Chiew in a statement said, this initiative was to help alleviate burden of parents especially those from less fortunate group with the rising cost of living.
