MUKAH : Visitors from all over the state are thronging to the Pesta Kaul Mukah site here.

The popular festival, which is being held from April 26 to May 1, is making a comeback after a two-year hiatus since the COVID-19 pandemic.

New Sarawak Tribune managed to interview some visitors here for their views on the festival.

This is the first time I am visiting Pesta Kaul Mukah even though I was born here. My mother has invited me to come and now that the weekend is here, I look forward to seeing what’s in store.

The response to this year’s Pesta Kaul Mukah is better than in previous years. I am happy to see this. I hope this festival will continue to attract more tourists because I have posted many news on it on the social media.

Pesta Kaul Mukah is certainly a much anticipated event in Sarawak. This festival shows that Mukah has its own attractions. I am from Miri and I rode my motorcycle for four hours just to support the festival. It is hard to find many things on sale here in other places. I hope the festival will continue for years to come.
