POPULAR comedian and radio personality Shuib of Sepahtu fame has recently announced that he is engaged to businesswoman Watie Hanifiah.
Sharing the good news on Instagram Story last weekend, the 38-year-old Shuib, real name Shahmira Muhammad, wrote, “Today, on May 6, Alhamdulillah, I got engaged to Watie.”
“I hope that everyone will pray for us and give your blessings so that everything will be made easy. Pray for our happiness, okay?” he added.
Shuib also shared several photos from the engagement ceremony, including one of him and Watie, both clad in light green, during the event.
The couple said that if everything goes to plan, they will officially tie the knot on June 23.
Last month, Shuib admitted that he will marry Watie, nearly two years after he lost his wife Siti Sarah Raisuddin, who passed away in August 2021 due to COVID-19.
The two have four children together, including Ayash Affan, who was born prior to Sarah’s passing.
