KUCHING: The SHEDA Property Expo from July 14 to 16 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) promises to be an exciting event for property buyers.
Visitors to the expo will be able to assess their credit score on the spot which will facilitate an effective and smooth bank loan application process for visitors.
The feature adds to the expo’s objective of serving as a one-stop centre for interested homeowners and investors to identify and purchase property.
The expo, which was first held in 1998 under the name ‘SARBEX’, is now into its 25th years.
“This year’s event will not only feature financial institutions but also credit facilities to further reinforce the event’s objective of making property buying easy and convenient.
The three-day event is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their brands and value-added services, display existing and upcoming projects, engage with prospects, and maintain client loyalty.
“Developers are also encouraged to use the platform to register interest in pre-launch development projects,” a Sarawak Housing And Real Estate Developers’ Association (SHEDA) statement said today.
With only a little over 60 days until the event, the association welcomed interested companies whose products and services are linked to enhancing the homeownership experience.
Such companies include interior designers, building material suppliers, and home appliances and furnishings suppliers.
Ibraco Berhad, Lee Onn Development Sdn. Bhd., and Chen Ling Development Sdn. Bhd. are the main sponsors of the property expo.
The Ministry of Public Health, Housing, and Local Government, Sarawak (MPHLG), the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), Sarawak Metro Sdn. Bhd., and the Centre of Technical Excellence, Sarawak (CENTEXS) are also supporting the event.
