OYA: The body of 14-year-old boy, who was drowned in a river at Kampung Terus Oya was found yesterday.
The victim known as Rabani Abd Razak was reported missing at about 5.15pm on Saturday when he was swimming with four friends at the river.
Dalat District Police chief DSP Roslan Leman when was contacted confirmed the body was found at about 8.30am, not far from the spot he was reported missing.
Following to the discovery of the body which believed to be still intact, the police refuted the assumption that the deceased might be attacked or grabbed by crocodile.
