MIRI: Public relations students from Curtin University Malaysia (Curtin Malaysia) partnered with the Miri Entrepreneurship Incubator Club (MEIC) to promote MEIC’s initiatives and support the growth of young entrepreneurs here.

The students focused on developing marketing and promotional strategies to enhance MEIC’s visibility across various platforms, including social media, print, and broadcast media.

“They actively engaged with stakeholders in the entrepreneurship industry to maximise the impact of their campaign.

“Under the guidance of MEIC’s head of Business Development Jaron Choo Chin Yii, the students received a comprehensive briefing on MEIC’s objectives and the need for innovative strategies to expand the club’s reach.

“Throughout the semester, the students meticulously refined their ideas and explored different channels and tactics to effectively communicate MEIC’s mission and engage the local community,” the university said in a press statement today.

Their efforts, it said, resulted in a comprehensive plan that includes social media campaigns, community events, strategic partnerships, and captivating storytelling methods to raise MEIC’s profile.
