In response to the dissemination of false information on social media regarding its death benefits, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has taken initiative to clarify the situation.
It said the spread of fabricated news not only confuses the public but also has the potential to create various issues.
To ensure accurate information is shared, EPF advised the general public to verify the authenticity of any information before distributing it further.
