SIBU: The Lions Club of Sibu Pahlawan (LCSP) will be hosting its 25th Installation of new Board of Cabinet officers and a Fund Raising Banquet at the Regalia Ballroom in Kingwood Hotel here at 6.30 pm on August 19.
Lions District 308-A2 Governor Ronny Hiew from Keningau Mandarin Lions Club will be the guest of honour at the event.
Lions members from China and the Philippines, as well as from Peninsular Malaysia, will also be joining for this special occasion.
Recently, LCSP’s board members, led by the newly elected president Kong Tze Ling, paid a visit to the Sibu Division Chinese Community paramount leader, Temenggong Datuk Vincent Lau Lee Ming.
They extended an invitation to Lau to attend the function.
The Past Governor of Lions District 308-A2, Datuk Betty Wong Yieng, was also present during the visit.
