KUCHING: MagnumCares’ Cepat-Cepat Tolong Programme swiftly responded to the devastating fire incident that occurred on June 1 in Miri, offering immediate aid to 45 victims from eight families who were left homeless after their houses were razed in the pre-dawn blaze at Pujut Corner.

MagnumCares’ Cepat-Cepat Tolong Programme mobilised Magnum’s East Malaysia team to generously donate RM8,000 to assist the affected families in their time of need.

“Our hearts go out to the families affected by this devastating fire incident in Miri, which completely destroyed their homes, leaving the families without a roof over their heads,” expressed Datuk Chan Chee Fai, Magnum’s executive vice-president – group chief commercial officer.

“As a company deeply and passionately committed to the communities we serve, MagnumCares’ Cepat-Cepat Tolong Programme aims to be a ‘caring Samaritan’ in times of crisis, offering solace and support.

Nothing brings us greater joy than being able to assist the affected families during this challenging period,” he added.
