KUCHING: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has assured that matters outlined in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) will not be subjected to negotiation but will be implemented as agreed upon.
He said the present leaders of the country bear the responsibility of ensuring that all promises and agreements made between the leaders during the formation of Malaysia are upheld.
“It (MA63) is not to be negotiated but to be implemented,” he said.
He said this at the 2023 National-level Malaysia Day celebration held at the Stadium Perpaduan here in Petra Jaya this evening (Sept 16).
