BAU: A driver and a motorcyclist sustained injuries after they were involved in separate accidents around town here yesterday (Oct 25).
The first case was a collision between a motorcycle and a car along Jalan Bau-Kuching at 11.55 am along Jalan Bau-Kuching.
Civil Defence Force (APM) Bau personnel were deployed to the scene and they provided an initial treatment for the male rider before taking him to Bau Hospital.
Meanwhile, the second case happened around 1.05 pm when a car skidded and crashed into a tree near Bau Hospital along Jalan Bau-Lundu.
APM Bau and firemen from Bau station were deployed to the scene to rescue the injured driver from his vehicle and take him to the hospital for further treatment.
The extent of their injuries is not known.
