VETERAN actress Jasmin Hamid recently revealed that she is now free of uterine cancer.
The 51-year-old actress shared the good news on her social media recently, saying that it was a blessing from Allah stemming from the continuous prayers from family, friends, and fans alike.
“This is all due to Him, to His love and blessings, as well as the prayers from all of you,” she said.
However, at the moment, Jasmin stated that she still had to go for regular checkups to ensure that the cyst on the right side of her uterus would not regrow.
“Doctors said that the cyst on the left is gone now, while the right side is shrinking. In another three months, I will have to attend another checkup to examine the right cyst. I hope that anyone who also had the same surgery as me will receive great news as well,” she added.
The actress, who underwent a minor surgery on her birthday last September, also thanked her doctors and nurses who took care of her during her time at the Sg. Buloh Hospital.
