MUKAH: A total of 218 participants participated in the Color Run event that was held at Mukah Polytechnic here, recently.
According to a PMU statement, this event was organised by students of the Diploma in Secretarial Science, Department of Trade with the cooperation of the Secretariat of Young Friends (SRM) and the Department of Sports, Co-Curriculum and Culture (JSKK).
“The running distance is 5km and this gives all students, staff and lecturers the opportunity to participate.
“This event is the first time it has been held and it has been well received by PMU residents,” said the statement.
Commenting further, the registration fee for the run is RM10, an additional RM5 to get a T-shirt but participants can also participate without purchasing the T-shirt.
The medal presentation was completed by Deputy Director of Academic Support Sophian Sout to the first 10 male and female participants who finished the run.
At the same time, there was also a prize presentation for the best video participants on social media, namely Instagram and TikTok.
Also present was PMU Trade Department Head Suhaimi Sibir.
