MUKAH: Mukah Member of Parliament Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib has presented a sum of RM5,000 in cash donations to the villagers who were affected by the fire at Kampung Sesok Lama.
She was represented by the Mukah Service Centre officer to hand over the donation to house owner Tambi Silu and family.
The fire involved the store of his house in Kampung Sesok Lama recently.
Hanifah hoped that this donation could ease the burden of the affected family members.
At the same time, it can be used to repair the houses affected by the fire.
