SIBU: The MagnumCares team visited the Sibu Blind Centre today (Jan 26), providing gifts and angpows to 40 visually impaired individuals in celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year.

Leading the initiative was Magnum Sibu’s representative, Philip Tiong, joined by Ling Han Chen, the business development officer of Sibu Magnum, and Ngu Hieng Ming, who oversees the Blind Centre.

The visit is part of MagnumCares’ broader ‘Welfare Homes Outreach’ programme, which this year extended its generosity to 34 selected welfare homes, impacting over 3,000 beneficiaries. The programme, with a total contribution of RM104,000, highlights the organisation’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement.

Started in 1985, MagnumCares’ ‘Welfare Home Outreach’ has a long-standing tradition of assisting various welfare homes and organisations through engaging activities and generous contributions.
