KUCHING: Kejiranan Mesra (KJM) Demak Laut and the National Consumer Action Council (Sarawak) continue the tradition of cooking and distributing savoury porridge in conjunction with Ramadan.
This time around, they distributed the porridge to the folks in Kampung Bako Tengah at Dewan Penghulu Haji Hamid bin Sulong here.
The National Consumer Action Council (Sarawak), as a strategic partner of Kuching North City Commission (DBKU), stated that it would always work together to implement programmes that benefit consumers and the community.
The launching ceremony of the programme here was officiated by Demak Laut assemblyman Datuk Dr Hazland Abang Hipni.
