KUCHING: Members of the public have been advised to take note of the latest traffic route for visitors into Raudhatul Sakinah Kuching Cemetery, formerly known as the Semariang Cemetery.
The Sarawak State Mosque Welfare Trust Board (LAKMNS), in a statement, explained that the entrance to the cemetery would now be near the Raudhatul Sakinah Complex.
Those travelling from Kuching towards Santubong are advised not to enter the cemetery through the two routes in front of the Petra Jaya fire station as these routes serve solely as exit points.
In light of this, LAKMNS requested visitors to this cemetery to comply with the rules that have been set to avoid any inconvenience.
Visitors are also reminded to always ensure the safety of their belongings in addition to maintaining cleanliness around Raudhatul Sakinah Cemetery.
