MIRI: Miri City is abuzz with excitement as it prepares to host the prestigious Miri City Day gala dinner on May 20.
This event is expected to kick start at 6. 30 pm.
Set against the lush backdrop of the Eastwood Valley Golf and Country Club, the exclusive event promises an evening of elegance and celebration in honour of Miri’s rich heritage and vibrant community.
The gala dinner will be graced by Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.
“His presence underscores the significance of this occasion and reflects the strong support and commitment of the Sarawak government towards the continued prosperity of Miri City,”said the council in a statement today.
Distinguished guests, including government officials, community leaders, business executives, and prominent figures from various sectors, will gather to celebrate Miri’s achievements and aspirations.
