KUCHING: This Mother’s Day, the Raintree Restaurant is inviting families to honour the remarkable women in their lives with a lavish buffet dinner.
“Our Mother’s Day Eve buffet dinner is a celebration of the extraordinary women who inspire us every day with their love, strength, and grace,” said Eric Lim, its Executive Sous Chef.
“We’ve curated a menu that showcases the finest culinary creations, from tantalising appetizers to decadent desserts, to ensure that every mother feels cherished and pampered on her special day.”
Its specials include entrees such as Grilled Cauliflower with Curry Mayo Salad, Pomodoro Cheddar Salad with Cilantro Pesto and Chicken Bulgogi and Kyuri Salad.
The sprawling buffet continues to a generous array of Chef’s specials – from Pineapple Fried Rice, Honey Glazed Roasted Black Pepper Chicken, Classic Lamb Stew, Whole Roasted Lamb, two choices of satay (beef and chicken) which comes together with nasi himpit and condiments, Thai Duck Curry and Japanese Souffle Pancake.
“Save room for our decadent dessert spread, featuring an assortment of sweet treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious such as Lemon Pudding Pound Cake, Black Forest Cake, Mini Assorted Cakes, Bubur Cha-Cha and Ice cream that are served together with condiments,” it said in a statement on Monday (May 6).
Its Mother’s Day Special is priced at RM98+ nett (online “booking) and RM108+ (walk-in) per adult and RM48+ nett per child (ages 5-12 years) for both online booking and walk-in.
“As a special tribute to all the incredible mothers joining us for our Mother’s Day Eve buffet dinner, each mum will receive a complimentary gift as a token of our appreciation,”added Lim.
