KUCHING: Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar and his wife Toh Puan Fauziah Mohd Sanusi attended a state banquet in conjunction with the opening of the First Meeting of the Third Session of the 19th Sarawak State Legislative Assembly yesterday (May 6).
They were accompanied to the assembly complex’s dining hall here by Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg and his wife Puan Sri Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang.
Also present were Deputy Premiers Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan and Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian.
State DUN Speaker Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Asfia Awang Nassar, Cabinet ministers and DUN members were present.
