KUCHING : Zainal Ahmad Abdul Sani and Abu Bakar Hasli of ‘BRDC Darters 1’ from Sibu beat 79 other teams to emerge as the champions in the 4th KSR Pustaka double open darts championship 2017 organised by the Pustaka Sports & Recreation Club, to win them a cash prize of RM2,000 and trophies.
The runners-up prize was won by Ismail Hosen and Hasrul Hisyam of ‘Hazicont RW’ from Kuching. The team brought home a cash prize of RM800 and trophies.
The third and fourth placing winners were Pengiram Mohamed Matasad and Roslani Salleh of ‘Amazing Fighters’ and the sibling team of Ahmad Tarmizi Hamdi and Mohd Rathalluddin Hamdi of ‘War’s 15 Xmen’ to win a cash prize of RM300 and trophies each respectively.
The 5th-8th placing winners was won by teams ‘Brutal Darters’, ‘Great Wall’, ‘D Bull Assasin’, and ‘War’s 15 Beast’ respectively received RM100 and trophies each
Held on Feb. 25 & 26 at the State Library gallery, here,, the doubles open darts championship attracted a total of 80 teams comprising 160 darters from Kuching, Samarahan, Serian, Sri Aman, Sibu, Mukah, and the Miri Divisions, as well as teams from Brunei take part in this 2 days event.
