Come let’s do some ‘shinrin-yoku’
Taking a walk in nature, and the forest
Being bath by the trees, in the morning dew
To be supercharged, with that added jest
A needed balm, O for the wary soul
And for you and me, a worthwhile instant
To be re-charged, to be made whole
By being immersed, living in the moment
The jungle is not only beautiful
But has been proven, so I am told
The place of balm; to reenergise in full
Of your sense of wellbeing, it will unfold
So come, join me for the ‘shinrin-yoku’
Being embraced, and embracing in return
Allowing yourself, to be freshened anew
For the Garden of Bliss, is the desired return
