KUCHING: The Zephyr Dance Studio will be back with their second showcase at the MBKS Kuching Food Festival on Aug 3.
Following the success of last year’s performance, the Lakeside Stage will once again come alive with a vibrant showcase of talent and passion for dance from 7.15pm to 11pm.
“Fifty-five dancers, ranging from the youngest preschoolers to seasoned seniors, are set to captivate the crowd with their movement and expression,”it said in a statement Friday (July 26).
The evening will kick off with a diverse range of dance genres, including belly dancing, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical and modern jazz, choreography, Chinese lyrical as well as traditional Sarawakian favourites.
“Another highlight of the evening’s line-up is a heartfelt storytelling through dance, inviting the audience to follow the journey of a couple exploring the highs and lows of companionship.
“Witness the unfolding of their quest for a soulful connection in an unforgettable evening of dance and rhythm,”it said.
Since its establishment in June 2022, Zephyr Dance Studio has offered classes in a variety of dance genres to individuals of all ages and backgrounds passionate about dancing.
