SIBU: Pustaka Negeri Sarawak (PUSAKA) Sibu will hold the ‘Let’s Get Healthy, Have a Healthy Mind’ programme in collaboration with the Sibu Divisional Health Office this coming Saturday at its premises in Jalan Tun Tuanku Bujang, Sungai Merah here , from 8 am to 5 pm.

According to Pusaka Sibu’s media statement today (July 31), the programme is aimed at fostering awareness of the importance of mental health in the community.

“This programme will begin at 8 am with a talk session on mental problems versus mental diseases followed by basic life support and to be continued with the ‘I Love myself’ (Relaxation technique) and Women’s Health talks.

“Among other interesting activities are ‘Healthy Eating’, The power of mindfulness & healing through Art therapy, ‘Let’s Get Healthy Aerobics’, health screenings and Health exhibitions.

“Participation is free and open to all members of the public,” the statement added.
