KUCHING: Bintulu is set to become the centre of attention for Muay Thai fans as the Bintulu Amateur Muaythai Challenge (BMAC) returns for its second edition on Dec 6 and 7.
The tournament, organised by the Sarawak Muaythai Association (PMNS) in collaboration with the Bintulu Division Muaythai Association, is expected to attract significant participation from across Sarawak.
“With the encouraging response from the first edition, this second series is expected to be more vibrant with greater participation from across Sarawak.
“The participants will compete in various categories based on weight and age, making this event an important platform to discover new talents,” PMNS president Jumaat Ibrahim said during the media dinner here last night.
This event is also fully supported by the Sarawak Sports Corporation, Sarawak Sports Council and the Malaysian Muaythai Association.
Muaythai fans across the state are invited to come and witness the thrilling bouts and show their support for the exponents competing.
