Stressing on the importance of maintaining heart health, he highlighted the event’s significance, coming just days before World Heart Day, which is observed annually on September 29.

“We are here today not only to celebrate Heart Day but to engage our community in understanding the importance of heart health and also prevention and education are critical in combating heart-related diseases.

“Prevention is always better than cure,” he added.

The event, organised in collaboration with the Panel Penasihat Klinik Kesihatan Jalan Masjid, Komuniti Sihat Pembina Negara (KOSPEN), Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Satok Women Branch, and Kejiranan Mesra (KJM), attracted city residents and health advocates alike.
