SERIAN: An 83-year-old man has been reported missing in Kampung Slabi Empurung since Saturday (Sept 21).
Jambung Ajui left his home around 5.30 pm and has not returned.
Concerned for his safety, his son filed a missing person’s report with the police on Sunday.
In response, the Serian Fire and Rescue Department dispatched a team and a K9 unit to the area at 9.39 pm on Sunday, following a call from the police.
The search is currently focused on a 1km radius around Jambung’s home.
As of now, the elderly man remains missing.
