KUCHING: Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) has reaffirmed its dedication to resolving all complaints received, prioritising the safety and well-being of its residents.

In a recent Facebook post, DBKU highlighted its swift response to vandalism incidents at Darul Hana Bridge and pothole concerns in Demak Laut.

These issues were addressed promptly, thanks to public feedback.

“We encourage residents to continue reporting any issues through our official DBKU Facebook page, WhatsApp at 016-8864466, or by calling our Hotline at 446644,” said DBKU.

The commission expressed its gratitude for the community’s cooperation in maintaining Kuching’s safety, beauty, and cleanliness.

“We appreciate the complaints, inquiries, and suggestions submitted by our residents,” it added.
