KUCHING: Sarawak based telecommunications infrastructure company, Demanlink Connexion Sdn Bhd, begins its operations in the state today.

Announcing this, its chief executive officer Hanad Yusuf said the company aims to provide reliable and scalable digital infrastructure that connects communities, empowers businesses, and supports economic growth.

“We are looking forward to playing our part in achieving the government’s goal of 7,000 towers by 2030.

“Significant progress has been made, with approximately 4,500 towers reported in May this year, and we believe we are the right player to help close the 2,500 towers gap in Sarawak.

“We strongly believe that access to high-quality digital infrastructure will be the key enabler for any modern developed economy that aspires to achieve high-income status, and we are committed to playing our role in meeting Sarawak’s digital goals.”

Hanad said this during the official launch of Demanlink Connexion Sdn Bhd Kuching Office held at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching here yesterday.
