SIBU: A man believed to be in his 40s was seriously injured after being shot at Jalan Wong King Huo here today (Oct 24).
It was believed that the man was shot while sitting inside his car at around 2.30 pm.
Members of the public, who were nearby, quickly alerted the authorities upon witnessing the incident.
Sibu police chief ACP Zulkipli Suhaili, when contacted, confirmed the incident.
“We are still conducting investigations, and the victim is currently receiving treatment at the hospital,” he said.
