KUCHING: Parkwood Holdings Berhad (Parkwood) has acquired five parcels of freehold land in Rawang, Selangor, totaling approximately 32.3 acres.
The acquisition, valued at RM30.9 million, will pave the way for a contemporary residential enclave prioritising sustainable living and community connection.
“Strategically located between Kuala Lumpur and Rawang, the land offers excellent connectivity via major highways,” said Parkwood in a statement.
“Residents will enjoy proximity to the city while benefiting from the tranquility of the area and the nearby Templer Park Forest Reserve.”
Parkwood executive chairman Lim Chin Sean said the acquisition was aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
“This strategic move will contribute positively to the growth of our property development business,” it said.
“The development is expected to launch by the third quarter of 2026.”
