Nothing strengthens, the abusive power
When there is silence, and condonation
That’s right, when people are radicalized
By their silence, they are condoning
Like many, they had been tested more
Often well beyond, what many go through
Yet they don’t complain, are always patient
Some have it easier, getting it more lenient
Being muted, the majority are condoning
And unwittingly, adding fuel to the fire
Very soon, the heat will be unbearable
And the situation, becoming untenable
They may exist, but may not be living
For their challenge is, to truly live in the now
Living a life, free of abuse, torment and lies
A life lived, simply but honestly
