SRI AMAN: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a teenage girl who has been missing since last Saturday (Nov 9).

The girl, identified as 15-year-old Agnes Skimol from Rumah Ayai Jabu, Kampung Putat, Jalan Merdeka Kejatau, left home at 10 am on Nov 9.

Sri Aman police chief DSP Mathew Manggie said they received a missing person report from the girl’s mother yesterday (Nov 12).

“An investigation has been opened under the missing person report. Efforts are underway to track down the missing girl,” he said in a statement.

Mathew added that anyone with information regarding the girl’s whereabouts should immediately contact the Sri Aman police station at 083-322121.

Further information can also be directed to the investigating officer, Sgt Suzy Andrew Baie, at 011-1403 7375 or to the nearest police station.
