KUCHING: Road closures and diversions for the Mycasa Borneo Concert at the Sarawak Cultural Village tomorrow (Nov 16) will be determined based on real-time assessments.

Kuching deputy police chief Supt Merbin Lisa said any road closures would depend on the traffic flow observed by the police.

“The concert, scheduled from 10 am to 12 am, is expected to cause traffic congestion along Jalan Sultan Tengah, especially midway to Kampung Budaya.

“With that, visitors and road users are advised to follow police instructions to ensure smooth traffic flow,” he said in a statement.

Visitors are encouraged to park along the entrance route to Damai Golf and Country Club to minimise disruptions.

“Public cooperation is essential to avoid affecting the daily activities of other road users,” he said.

The public can contact the Kuching Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division at 082-259900 for further inquiries.
