BAU: The residents of Kampung Sibulung can now fully utilise the village’s newly completed multipurpose hall, said Serembu assemblyman Miro Simuh.

He said that the project, with a total cost of RM450,000 funded under the Rural Transformation Project (RTP) grant, consists of two phases.

“The hall will be upgraded in the future according to the needs of the local community. So, I hope the community will take care of its facilities to prevent any damage,” he said in his speech at the opening ceremony of the Kampung Sibulung Multipurpose Hall here on Saturday.

Meanwhile, regarding the increasing cases of dengue here, Miro urged the residents to maintain cleanliness around their homes and villages to prevent the spread of the disease.

Also present was Bau District Officer Constantine Gerald David Jonas.
