KUCHING: Three men who had previous convictions will likely to face the gallows if they were convicted for drugs trafficking in Bau.
The trio aged between 27 and 32 were arrested in an unnumbered house at
Jalan Seringgok, Bau at about 2.20am yesterday.
Acting on information received, police raided the house and found the trio with 80 grammes of methamphetaimine in small plastic packets worth about RM12,000.
Police also seized a Toyota Vios car valued at RM50,000 and a Perodua Viva car valued at RM20,000.
They were all tested positive for drugs and will be charged under Section 1591)(a) of the Dangerous Drug Act, 1952.
Bau District police chief, DSP Pogel anak Nyaon confirmed the case.
