MIRI: Firemen from Lopeng fire station today shared their knowledge on fire prevention with nearly 400 elementary pupils of Tenby International School in Desa Senadin.

The morning-only programme was held in connection with the school’s family day, which started at 10am and ended at noon.

The programme included easy-to-use lessons, games and activities to help reinforce important fire safety measures.

The children were told what to do in the event of a fire and its prevention.

The team of firemen was led by Luang Ganggang, with three others – Hana Razali, Dimas Laing Anyi and Mikeson Mitter.

The participants, some of them accompanied by their parents, had a first-hand look at the fire-fighting equipment as well.
