KUCHING: Institut Keusahawanan Negara Berhad (Insken), an agency under the purview of Ministry of Entrepreneur Development launched its 2019 Insken Business Coaching (IBC) Sarawak edition for the first time at Imperial Hotel, here today.
IBC, a comprehensive coaching programme specifically for entrepreneurs, will be joined by 60 local entrepreneurs.
Carried out for four months, the IBC programme uses a coaching-mentoring method by experienced industry coach with businesses in the same industry, and Insken BisCounsellor.
This event provides entrepreneurs guidance on how to develop and increase their business performances as well as being able to master new skills on business management.
The ultimate goal is to help entrepreneurs improve their skills and help with their business growth.
During the four-month period, IBC also sets a target of an increase in sales of not less than 20 per cent and in job opportunities.
The industries offered this year are spa, homestay, postnatal care, cafe and restaurant, bakery, ecotourism, laundry, food truck, car wash, car workshop, barbershop, access to retail, and managing retail store.
