MIRI: Two firefighters from Miri fire station were despatched to a house in Ocean Park here yesterday morning after responding to a call concerning a snake found inside the house.
According to sources, the house owner had called the fire station after he spotted a metre-long snake in the living room.
According to Miri Fire and Rescue Department Zone 6 chief Supt Law Poh Kiong, two firemen from the station were immediately despatched to the house following a distress call received at 9.47am yesterday.
The duo managed to capture the snake at 10.07am.
