KUCHING: Three passengers and a driver were injured after the van they were travelling in collided with a car on the Samarahan-Serian Road at 3.30pm, today.
After the collision the driver and a passenger were trapped in the van while passers-by helped the other two passengers to get out of the van.
The driver and passengers of the car were unhurt.
The van was on the way to Kuching when it went out of its lane and collided with the car.
The four injured people were taken to Sarawak General Hospital in an ambulance for treatment.
Both vehicles were badly damaged. It was raining at the time of the accident.
