MIRI: A lifeless body of a man was discovered with his face down inside a toilet of his home early yesterday.

The discovery was made by the man’s father, who went to the house in Desa Murni, Permyjaya, to check on him and delivery some food.

According to Miri deputy police chief Supt Sabri Zainol, the body of Jabilin Radew was discovered by his father, who went to the house around 10.30am when the deceased did not pick up his calls.

“The deceased’s father had made numerous calls to his cellphone which went unanswered, prompting the father to go to the house as he wanted to deliver some food to the deceased,” said Supt Sabri.

He added that the deceased was alone when the incident occurred.

“Upon discovering his son’s body inside the toilet, he immediately alerted the Miri hospital and police for assistance,” he said.
