KUCHING: Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Sri Fatimah Abdullah said she would like to see more inclusiveness in areas of early childhood education in Sarawak.

“More early childhood development centres need to be established apart from opening its door to all including children with development difficulties,” she said on her wish for the Sarawak Day this year, when contacted by New Sarawak Tribune yesterday.

Besides that she also wished to have more women at decision-making level.

“More women empowered through e-wanita and e-Preneurship with the will to see changes as well as involvement in businesses,” she stressed.

This year, Bintulu Division has been chosen to host the celebration, the first time the event is held outside Kuching.

Head of State, Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud will grace the Sarawak Day Rally at Bintulu Old Airport today.
