SIBU: Methodist Pilley Institute’s (MPI) corporate training programme is registered with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) to offer quality training programmes mainly to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) here since 2014.
MPI will be holding a public training programme entitled “Professional Customer Service Excellence” at Premiere Hotel here from August 1-2.
Dr William Chua, a professional corporate trainer with more than 20 years of experience from West Malaysia has been invited to conduct the programme.
He has conducted training programmes for more than 700 organisations including factories, universities, hotels, wholesalers and financial institutions.
During the two-day training programme, Chua will impart 20 years of his research and invaluable experiences on the subject matter to the participants.
The training programme is suitable for sales team, marketing team, customer service executives and managers, mid-level managers, front liners and those dealing with clients and customers.
It is a programme specially designed for those indirectly or directly in contact with the customers.
