Normah Foundation donates RM7,000 to Hope Place

KUCHING: Normah Medical Foundation Charitable Trust Board gave a generous donation to Hope Place, a local non-governmental organisation (NGO) here yesterday. 

Tan Sri Datuk Amar Bujang  Mohd Nor from the foundation presented a cheque for RM7,000 to Hope Place founder Kelvin Wan at the foundation’s office in Satok yesterday morning.

Normah Medical Foundation has been helping the needy community in Kuching. It has collaborated with Hope Place numerous times.  In 2015, the foundation contributed a prosthetic leg to one of Hope Place’s welfare recipients. 

Currently, Hope Place is taking care of more than 190 underprivileged families and individuals in Kuching and
surrounding areas.  “Hope Place and all the needy families are truly grateful and thankful to groups like Normah Foundation,”
said Wan.
