MIRI: Three Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) personnel rushed to a house at Jalan Airport yesterday afternoon after receiving a report of a snake inside a house at 1.48pm.
The three-metre long snake was spotted by a woman and her daughter, when it slithered into the living room of the house at 1.30pm.
According to the woman’s husband, his wife and their daughter were about to take their afternoon nap in the living room when they noticed the presence of the reptile.
It took APM personnel less than 20 minutes to secure the snake which will be released back into the wild.
