MUKAH: A cash prize of RM300 and medals await winners of the PUBG Mobile Esports competition held in conjunction with the Saberkas Sports Carnival Balingian branch and organised by the Mukah Youth Volunteer.
A total of 25 teams are expected to compete in the three qualifying and the final two rounds at Mukah Youth Activity Centre from Sept 7 to 8. The second and third placed winners will receive RM200 and RM100 plus medals respectively.
Each team must have a mini B mum of three players and every participant must bring along their identity cards. According to a spokesperson, the secretariat does not provide powerbanks for players. Entry fee of RM20 per team will not be refunded if the contestants withdraw from the competition.
The secretariat accepts entries on first-come-first-serve. The teams will be given an additional 10 points bonus but teams which fail to appear within the set time will be deducted 10 points and the time for the ‘fly’ is set without any delays.
