GEDONG: Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Youth has proposed to the Sarawak government to establish business incubators in every district.
Youth chief Miro Simuh said this would provide opportunities for young people interested in business and entrepreneurship.
“We can help in various sectors, not just agriculture or services, ensuring benefits reach rural areas,” he said at the PBB Youth Assembly at the Datuk Patinggi Ali Hall today (Nov 10).
Miro suggested that experienced businesspeople could mentor young entrepreneurs.
“Many of our members are businesspeople who can guide younger peers interested in business and entrepreneurship,” he added.
Earlier, Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, the PBB president, officiated at the assembly.
