DEBAK: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg is committed to continuing all the struggles of previous leaders for the continuity of development although he has his own leadership style.
Saribas assemblyman Mohd Razi Sitam said, under Abang Johari’s leadership, Sarawak’s rights will continue to be fought for as enshrined in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
Razi, who is a Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) supreme council member, said the chief minister’s leadership style would ensure more prosperity for the state in the future.
“Sarawak’s development policy is proven by the implementation of various development projects in the state.
“Therefore, Sarawakians are advised to continue to give their undivided support to the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) government under the leadership of Abang Johari,” he said in conjunction with the chief minister’s 70th birthday last Tuesday.
“I, along with the people of Saribas will always support Abang Johari’s leadership and pray that he is always given good health to govern Sarawak,” he added.
