KUCHING: The 37th Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI), which was recently conducted by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, was visited by a team that was led by the president of The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak (ACCCIS), Datuk Tan Jit Kee.
On Oct 19, the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo, formally launched the Expo at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, Tangerang-Banten, Indonesia, in front of 45 delegation members.
TEI 2022 will be held in hybrid concept of both offline (Oct 19 to 23) and online (October 19 until December 19).
This year, the Trade Expo raises the theme “Strengthening Global Trade for Stronger Recovery”, which is in line with Indonesia’s G20 Presidency theme: ‘Recovery Together, Recover Stronger’.
The TEI 2022 programme will include exhibitions, business forums, business counselling, and business matching that will concentrate on the following industries: manufactured goods, fashion and accessories, healthcare and beauty, medical equipment, furniture, and home décor, digital, and services, as well as food and beverages.
