KUCHING: An unemployed man was asked to defend himself by the Magistrate’s Court here today on two charges of having in his possession the Methamphetamine and Ketamine drugs.
Judge Azhahari Kamal Ramli made the court order after finding the prosecution had succeeded in proving a prima facie case against him.
The accused, Eric Bong, 25, was charged of possessing 751.0 grammes of Methamphetamine and 407.2 grammes of Ketamine. The court fixed June 23 to June 24 for the accused to defend himself.
